Very helpful with after contract service. I have bought a few houses in my time. I have never encountered a multiple contract situation and didn't really like that way of selling. Once the other bidder dropped out, we negotiated with the seller and that is what I am used to. We are very happy with the outcome and have a house we really like.

We were the buyers of a property that Steve was managing the sale of. He is clear communicator, able to accommodate any queries with quick responses. Never felt he was being 'pushy'. While he was acting for the sellers, we felt he was also listening to our needs and trying to match them with those of the sellers.
