Steve had a lot of knowledge of how outhouse would perform against the market, some really good suggestions to make the house look better, and even saved us money on the listing by initially saying that the house could need staging (as it was really big) but then the photos came out great without it so he gave us the option to leave them out, which was nice. His prediction on what he’d get for the house was spot on as well. Communication with him and Kirsten was always really easy and quick.
