I contacted him for selling my off-the-plan property. I had to sell it before the settlement as I was staying overseas and wasnt able to settle. We didnt even have chance to meet each other in person. However, he was very nice and prompt with communication at any time by phone and email like within 2 mins. It took a while to get my property sold as the market was not good, but he made every effort to sell it for me before the settlement. It was my good luck to have him as my agent.
