They did a very good job I am overall happy with almost every aspect except I’m not great with pressure which is what selling is all about but I learnt to cope with te pace and excitement of these two very capable guys.

Steve struck me as a "relaxed" agent, who did not play games and was not there to create undue anxiety about the process. Steve was flexible, accommodating, transparent and easy to deal with. Once the negotiating process began, he communicated well and made the vendor's position clear. Once the acceptable position has been reached, he moved quickly to close the sale and was very accommodating to the purchaser, whilst protecting the vendor's position at the same time. A very friendly, straightforward, honest and easy to deal with agent, who makes the process easy to follow and transparent. A good market result was achieved for all. I would recommend Steve as an agent without any hesitation. Agents who create undue anxiety and play games result in unhappy buyers and sellers and can potentially loose a buyer, due to frustration or misunderstanding
We chose these guys because we saw them everywhere, selling everything, and had many friends tell us to choose Steve. We bought a house from Joe so we were loyal but Steve did all the heavy lifting and made the sale in a very difficult time for us. We will happily say to every person that they did a great job and we will choose them in the future.
