This was my 1st interstate investment purchase. Steve made the experience simple with access not a problem for inspections etc. With discussions held from a far there was an element of trust in the transaction. Transparency regarding any concerns and great communication has helped reach a feeling of satisfaction with the purchase with minimal hassle. He intervened and liased with the vendor and myself when discussions stalled between legal representatives , the result was then quickly reached again with no hassles. The vendor obviously trusted Steves advice in this respect as well to reach the outcome.
