To start with, the house was on the market for over a year with another real estate company looking after it. I handed it over to Steve & he had it sold in 2 months. Great communication with regular updates even during the settlement. He was happy to pitch in with handyman jobs to get the place sold. I'd highly recommend Steve & DAD realty.
Sellers were based interstate however, nothing was a problem for Steve and Team Germon. ie Maintenance and repairs to the property during listing were arranged and attended to promptly. A feature was being kept fully informed at all times.

From the outset Steve made us feel that we were his priority, almost like we were his only clients (although we knew he had many others). Steve did all in his power to sell our home, beautiful photography, oversized street signage and advertising. He also followed up on any homes we were interested in, to possibly purchase, whilst making suggestions on homes he was aware were new to the market.
