He drove the listing plan we had agreed upon and once listed our property sold in 24hrs for with a negotiated 6k over the asking sale price. To start with, the house was on the market for over a year with another real estate company looking after it. I handed it over to Steve & he had it sold in 2 months. Great communication with regular updates even during the settlement. He was happy to pitch in with handyman jobs to get the place sold. I'd highly recommend Steve & DAD realty.
Sellers were based interstate however, nothing was a problem for Steve and Team Germon. ie Maintenance and repairs to the property during listing were arranged and attended to promptly. A feature was being kept fully informed at all times.
