Steve Germon was both professional and friendly/approachable on every occasion we dealt with him. Nothing was too much trouble, even in the rain. From the outset Steve made us feel that we were his priority, almost like we were his only clients (although we knew he had many others). Steve did all in his power to sell our home, beautiful photography, oversized street signage and advertising. He also followed up on any homes we were interested in, to possibly purchase, whilst making suggestions on homes he was aware were new to the market. Steve took time to get to know us, to assist in finding our new 'home', while never rushing us to make quick decisions, often recommending that we take some thinking time. We know we may be looking to relocate in the distant future and Steve Germon will definitely be our first port of call to assist us again. Truly great, friendly service.
