We have sold two properties with Steve, his professional approach led to giving great advice. We initially sought 3 market valuations, 1st was 120k less, second was 50k less than Steve's evaluation. At this point I realised that some agents take the easy option of advising less so they get an easy sale, but honestly believe that Steve aims for the maximum at market and then pushes further, our family home sold higher than any property on my street and it was more due to the effort he put in than the house itself. More recently we realised come tax time we would need to know all the market info for our rental proprety that we sold earlier in the year. I again reached out to Steve and even though all our properties had settled, and it was no interest to him, the next business day it was sent to me without hesitation, it is great to have someone look after us not only during the sale but afterwards also.
