Steve has worked in the building industry for a number of years, more recently in sales. His background providing him with a good understanding of the integrity of the plans and homes that he is selling. He has an engaging personality and communication style. He listened to our needs and was able to within a very short space of time (one week) present us with an offer that exceeded our expectations. Throughout he kept us informed about the process and the marketing strategy. At the same time Steve provided a list of settlement agents in the area to enable us to make a selection We were both very happy with the way Steve managed the sale and highly recommend him and his team to others.

He suggested a marketing plan specific to investors, as I had a long term tenant in there.
