You could never accuse Steve of not doing what he said he would. Steve and Anna both provided exceptional customer service and excellent communication. We were always kept in the loop and we now use Steve as the benchmark of how all our future real estate dealings should be.
Open and honest communicator and works well to ensure expectations and goals are met or exceeded. Steve is extremely professional, and along with Anna Glynn they represented us very well. Always kept us updated, were very diligent and we felt comfortable leaving them in charge of open houses whilst away. Fantastic negotiator - definitely happy with the outcome!! Steve talked us through the proposed process along with the pros, cons and alternative strategies which really enabled us to take a view and make an informed decision. Once this was made Steve delivered on what he promised and gained an outcome that was great for all involved. Will definitely be using Steve for any future property sales. Steve Grimbas and his assistant Anna Glynn are a great team, Steve's negotiating skills are second to none and they stay positive and persistent even when they are thrown a curved ball or two. Although our property was found to have a number of structural issues which caused a couple of buyers to pull out of their contracts, Steve stayed positive and articulated to us the reality of the situation, the problems with the property and how we were going to have to accept less than expected for it because of those issues. Steve also pointed out how spending more on fixing some of those faults would not necessarily mean that the significant costs involved in fixing one of those issues would be recouped and it would just delay the whole selling process significantly. Steve and Anna relaunched the marketing of the property and they managed to get 17 groups to the next open house. Eventually Steve and Anna found a buyer who was willing to purchase the property with its faults for a reasonable price after Steve managed to negotiate the sales price up significantly over a couple of days. No wonder the Steve and Anna ten are one of the top agent teams in Queensland.
