Steve Grimbas and his assistant Anna Glyn are a great team. I could not believe the speed at which they got this property on the market after deciding to use Steve. Steve's past statistics on Rate My Agent website made him the obvious choice, because he had made by far the most sales of any other agent selling properties in Wavell Heights and he had a very rating with sellers as well. The statistics on Steve's negotiation skills were the real clincher for me when it came to selection of an agent and he proved to me that he really does possess great ability in this area when dealing with the eventual buyer of this property which was positioned very close to a busy road and therefore it proved to be a difficult property to sell. Steve also showed great skill in providing a realistic appraisal of the probable selling price of this property before it went on the market. He didn't give me an unrealistic expectation which ended in disappointment which many agents seem to do. When Steve was not available, it is great to know that Anna was always available and accessible to speak to and pass on messages to Steve and follow through with Steve's instructions such as passing on statistics on the marketing of our property, placing adverts on websites and in the newspapers. She is always very courteous and a pleasure to deal with. That is the thing that I have been most impressed with Steve and Anna, the very efficient way in which they follow through and complete very quickly, everything that they say they are going to do and with a very pleasant manner at the same time. They are a formidable team and both possess great communication skills and passed onto me just the right amount of information every week to keep me informed in a very efficient way and at every step of the selling process, to make the whole process as painless as possible for the seller.
