Steve was upfront, gave his honest opinion and as such secured the sale of my property within 3 weeks of going to market. He kept me updated after the Open for Inspection, and mid week as he (and Corey) followed up leads. His honesty regarding the property was not sugar coated and we were both realistic about the state of the market and the expected price, which I was very pleased about attaining. I have absolutely no reservation about recommending Steve to sell your property. The only downside is that he doesn't have a twin brother in Melbourne.
