We have found Steve to be very communicative throughout the selling process of our property which we have not always found in the past when dealing with other agents. We have not had to follow Steve up once as he has always keeps us up to date. Our property was a development site so not as straight forward as a normal residential site to sell and we knew it could take longer to sell because of this. Having said that Steve's enthusiasm to get us a sale never wavered until sold.
