Property was marketed and handled professionally. A hot market enabled the creation of market opportunity and the presentation of the home itself allowed for a successful inspection and genuine interest in the sale of the property. Steve was always in communication with the seller. The price range listed, was $130K over the actual sale price. Overall a very successful result. I will say that the bonus incentive in the commission was a little steep.
