I would highly recommend Steve Harrison as a real estate. He is friendly, approachable and honest with a excellent knowledge of the local real estate market. Steve was flexible with his time and always fitted in with our needs regarding meetings and house inspections. The sale process for our house was very quick given that the agents' group house viewing occurred on a Tuesday and followed, after a number of inspections on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with a firm offer signed up on Sunday. We were very happy with the sale price and subsequent support from Steve with both the purchaser's building inspection request and purchaser's bank requirement for a viewing. I would definitely use Steve again as my selling agent.
