I wasn't the primary contact, but my own impressions of Steve were that he was clear, honest in his appraisals of the possibilities and pricing. He was also communicative and knew the dimensions of the local market. We had a bit of a stumble right at the end but he explained the reasons clearly. I have to say I don't like the thumbs down symbol attached to the Did we use Rate My Agent choice below. It attcahes an emotional tone to something that is subjective.
