I have just sold my unit with Steve and although I have bought and sold many times, I still find selling a very stressful process. Steve's candid responses and great feedback process, helped explain clearly the situation on a weekly basis. Steve managed the actual sale negotiation brilliantly, and although I didn't get what I had originally sought, I was satisfied with the sale price. Steve still negotiated in excess of what other agents thought my property would be worth. In addition, he was extremely responsive to every one of my questions, no matter how small.
