Steve was very easy to deal with as a buyer. Upfront about the owners expectations of price and the realms of negotiation. He was knowledgeable about the property and could answer our questions. The property sold itself too. It was immaculate and so very well presented and beautifully maintained. I believe this helps an agent very much in working with the seller. We knew this property had been on the market a long while and believe that was due to lower than acceptable offers made to the owners etc. We made a fair offer and negotiated further through Steve. This process happened quickly and efficiently. Both parties being happy with the end result. Steve is a friendly personality, humour injected appropriately in conversation, no hard sell or pushy tactics which we really liked.
