About Steve

Steve grew up in Perth however Dunsborough has always been a holiday destination for Steve and his family for over thirty years. Before starting his real estate career, Steve worked in Casino Management in Perth, Moscow and Darwin where he managed the Monte Carlo room for high rollers, then moved on to be a Professional Lifeguard for 8 years and in 2003 won the award for the Australian Professional Lifeguard of the Year. He joined Cottesloe Surf Life Saving Club as a child and went on to compete in National Swimming and Ironman Competitions, winning a number of State and National titles in both sports. Steve followed his love for the water and relocated to Dunsborough and counts himself as extremely lucky to be living and working in such a beautiful location. He is excited to have joined the Realmark Dunsborough team which pride themselves on their culture, honesty, reliability and integrity and they know their properties like no other, which ultimately culminates in a successful result for both the buyer and the seller. Steve believes that buying and selling real estate can be a complex and emotional business for many people and there is often a need to do more than just help. Steve knows he can make that difference in guiding clients honestly and accurately through the process.

The right person

Steve sold the house TO us and then sold the house FOR us. In both occasions although being very different circumstances, he did everything he could to make the whole process easy and with our emotions in mind. Buying is tough, but selling your family home when it wasn’t the plan is ever tougher. We had to move to Perth to move closer to the children’s hospital, and when Steve found this out he was very compassionate, helpful and generous. His support was above and beyond what an agent would do, all for a family he had known for just a very short time. Steve is genuine, (I have seen it first hand) and I would recommend him to anyone because of that. I will never forget how he helped us through this process.

Can’t thank Steve enough

Steve was amazing to deal with, from start to finish he was always there to take our calls, answer any and all questions we had, and would go above and beyond to help us with the entire purchase process which was so appreciated given that this was our first time buying. Steve is also such a lovely and genuine guy and it was such a pleasure to deal with. If we were to ever sell in the area we would definitely go through Steve.

Steve made the experience smooth and prompt
