Rang prior to inspection to show interest. Went to inspection, put in an offer. 2-3 days later having heard nothing I rang, Tuesday morning to be told it was already under offer, giving me no opportunity to purchase. He said he emailed me, however this was a lie.

Steve knows the area around Modbury Heights and was very helpful during the whole process.
