His marketing strategy was spot on and he got us a reasonably quick sale in a tough market. I interviewed 6 different estate agents from Drouin. As research scientists, our top priority in assessing agents was the logic and rationale behind their pricing and marketing plans. Where other local agents faltered, Steve delivered in spades, aligning well with our read of the market and our property's place in it.
