Steve was my agent for the sales of my unit. Being overseas, it was important to me to find a trustworthy, reliable and responsive agent and Steve was great in all aspects. He kept me informed throughout the sales process, was prompt in answering my questions, was quick and efficient throughout the process from listing, orgnising open sessions and getting the sales contract signed. He also went above and beyond his responsiblities e.g. organising disposal of items in my unit to meet the sales contract condition. He is very experienced and also an expert in the Bayswater area so I highly recommend him and his agency for selling/buying/renting of properties.
