Lisa is well versed with the type of property I was purchasing and is a competent Agent

Lisa's communication was of a high standard keeping us informed all along the way. She was honest and succinct, and worked in the interests of both her clients (buyer and seller). This process turned out to be atypical and presented a couple of challenges. Lisa worked through these with us to ensure the desired outcome.

From day one all areas were covered in a professional manner.

Pina kept smiling through all the challenges associated with the sale of my home. She took on a lot of extra tasks for me making it a seamless and simple process from start to finish. I am so thankful for all her efforts at coordinating a great outcome without any stress for me. Pina will look after you!

Very professional in her conduct and communication, she has a warm person with a lovely personality. She is easily relatable. In the negotiations, she would drive to our home several times until a deal was reached. She also had good suggestions on renovations. She accomodated our needs even during the settlemnet process.

Selling or buying can be very overwhelming in this crazy market but Pina and Alex made our journey easy. They were always available when we had questions and gave us the confidence in our decision to down size from our family home. Working with Pina and Alex from Realty Plus was an absolute pleasure. Thank you would highly recommend them to future sellers or buyers.
