Steve is a kind and easy-going person who loves his job and obviously pushes things towards the better with all his expertise and spirit. The professionalism and dedication to work we see on Steve leaves a deep impression. We remember that on the day we intended to send our offer to the property owners, Steve stayed well into the night at the office to work with us, clarify things for us, and help us in every way he could. It was only thanks to him that we were able to complete everything and achieve a satisfying draft that day before going home in expectation and confidence. Steve is also a man that pays great attention to details. After one of our visits to the property, when we were about to leave with Steve (with the owners at home), he took care of closing not only the inner door but also the outer door after we exited, in a telling demonstration of how much respect he shows to the property and how he takes care of the people around him. There have been many similar examples both big and small that show this kind of traits on him. Last but not least, he’s your friendly buddy in addition to the professional guy in a suit, and chatting with him is quite delightful!

Steve was honest and informative about what was happening in the market for the area we were selling our house in. He kept us in the loop throughout the marketing and sale campaign, with regular updates and reports about inspections and offers.
