I went to the first inspection of the property me and my partner just purchased. Steve was very warm and welcoming answered all my questions with the knowledge he knew about the house. The next day he called to ask if we were interested in the house. We then made an offer then section 32 got released. Steve was very fast and efficient kept us up to date within a week he told us the exciting news that we got the offer.
