Like most, I don’t know any sales professionals currently practicing, so the decision in which direction to go was the most stressful. I haven’t regretted the decision to request Steve assist in selling my property for one second. (It took me longer to decide how to sell my property than actually selling it) Steve’s calm, reasonable, level headed, professional approach was faultless. Not only that, but there were no mixed messages and the approach didn’t change throughout the journey. Through my researching different agents and speaking with friends who have recently sold, I had been warned that some agents may change their attitude once you’ve signed on the dotted line. I was pleasantly surprised that did not happen after the leap of faith. Steve’s communication throughout the sales experience was exemplary which for obvious reasons, removes the stress of not being aware of any situational changes. In the past we haven't had the best experience with real estate agents, so we didn't know who to choose to sell our house this time round!
