Steve handled the sale of my deceased Aunt's apartment with the utmost professionalism and focus. Being based in another city I had to rely on Steve to make the sale happen. He handled everything and made the sale and Auction go smoothly. Steve provided sound advice on the best way to sell the unit and also had a great handle on tricky market conditions that prevailed at the time.
