About Steve

Steve Nixon has been involved with property since 1991 where he started in the building industry. This gave him a unique and grounded view of the industry and what it means to his clients. For the last 12 years he has been directly involved in real estate and the finance sectors on the Central Coast, Sydney and interstate. Over this time he has been involved with many aspects covering property sales for both families and investors and extensive knowledge of requirements for overseas buyers. Steve has also owned and operated a financial service business, specialising in residential mortgages and insurance. This varied knowledge ensures Steve can always help keep his clients at ease in all facets of property sales and purchases. Through his entire career the one common aspect is his love of dealing with his clients. “Talking with my clients is the most rewarding aspect of my role. I am also a firm believer that you have to place yourself in your client’s shoes to really understand their needs. If you don’t care as much as they do about their property and goals you are not working for the same outcome”. This ability for Steve to see things through the eyes of his clients gives him a genuine drive and edge in attaining the best possible outcome. Steve grew up on the coast and moved to Sydney to expand his skill set. He has returned to the coast where he can combine these skills and his love for the area. “There is a reason so many people come up from Sydney on the weekends. You can’t beat the beaches, surf and the relaxed lifestyle.” Through both his working career and also personally buying and selling his own properties Steve has maintained a genuine passion for property. Very professional, great communication, great result!

Driven for results to the end

Steve was well grounded on the price range and market from the beginning. He provided his reasoning and applied it to the current market conditions. He chased every possible lead and hung onto each prospective purchaser to the very end. He certainly earned his money on auction day. The negotiation piece took two hours thereafter the auction. Excellent progress with Steve.

Steve was very professional and helpful at all times as was Terrence and Michelle on a number of occasions. Easy to deal with, very efficient and a great price very quick.
