Excellent agent, met every sales challenge and delivered an acceptable result in a short period that met out requirements. Communications post sale proved a little more difficult, perhaps more post-sale office support is needed. This is the second property that McGrath have sold for us within about 12 months and we are very pleased. We found Steve by recommendation from another McGrath agent, Linda Radcliff who sold our first property. We are very happy that Mcgrath's internal network worked so well. Interestingly we purchased a property in Qld. recently via ReMax who were also excellent and Steve got excellent references from Sue Brant the ReMax agent in Maleny prior to the Copa sale who did not know Steve personally.
