Steve was great with negotiations and worked hard to get us the price we were after. He also was really patient and explained things to us, sometimes several times over, to help put our mind at ease moving forward and checked in frequently to make sure we were okay. Add to this the frequent contacts and reports we got from himself and Micki regarding numbers, open home attendance and the follow on support we received when looking for our next property, and you have an awesome team working for the best result. They were also really knowledgeable about current market trends and things we could do for little outlay in attempts to maximize our return on the property. But most importantly, I didn't feel they were impatient and only there for the sale, they supported us, allowed us to take our time from listing to accepting offers which meant we could consult as a family, never did I feel a 'salesmen' vibe but a genuine interest in getting us the best.
