It was important for a variety reasons to put this house on the market for a reasonably quick sale for a variety of reasons. Steve's valuation coincided exactly with an official valuation and was sold - to our surprise - somewhat above this valuation with a 30 day settlement - which was even better. Within a few days of listing there were several offers and with acceptance within a week. Steve had successfully negotiated a higher price. Steve and Micki's communication was outstanding as they walked us through the stages and process with all the "i's" dotted and "t's" crossed giving us much confidence.
