He explained things well, was easy to get along with and was always readily available and if he wasn't, he would return our calls or respond to messages or emails as soon as he could. He is a people's person and very approachable. He was always punctual with any meetings with us. He followed up with us the next day if he hadn't heard from us. He gave immediate feed back after any house inspection or open house. Nothing was too much trouble for Steve, he was very helpful and we found him to be very genuine.
