Steven and Lilli were fantastic. They advised us on exactly what to do to prepare our house for sale, (and how to do it while having very little money), were with us whenever we needed any help or advice, helped organise finance, building inspection, lawyers, repairs, landscaping- everything basically- and ended up getting us $60000 more than an offer we had had from a larger franchise (which made us very happy) and charged us a lower fee than they were going to.
