Once appointed, Steve never looked back…..it was 100% commitment evidenced by a sale in days (in a slow market) and at a price that exceeded my expectations (which was a stretch anyway). Also, it is obvious that Steve and his team work well together. I met Cheryl at one of my pre-listing meetings and got the immediate impression that they were a strong and tight dedicated team…..Cheryl was always available and knowledgeable when Steve was not available. I provide very few references as my expectations are high, but Steve and his team never disappointed even when things went sideways with the sale and finance etc….he was always upbeat but more importantly, solved the issues without compromising the outcome…..a highly successful and timely sale and settlement.
