Felt bullied and unsupported

This is the second time we have engaged Steve as our real estate agent. From the very beginning Steve was excellent to deal with. We selected Steve as our agent for his communication, market knowledge and professionalism. He was always contactable, provided realistic expectations and managed the whole process efficiently. He went out of his way to ensure settlement went through on time. We would not hesitate to use Steve and Hardcourts again.

As a buyer I found Steve was always on top of things. It took 3.5 hours from my intention to submit an offer, to paperwork sent, signed, presented to owner, accepted and signed acceptance confirmation. At every stage I found Steve responsive to text, engaged with all parties and nothing was too much trouble, even after settlement.
