From appraisal to settlement Kathy and Steve were helpful, informative and professional. Got what I wanted within 4 days of advertising and managed to settle early as well! This is the second time we have engaged Steve as our real estate agent. From the very beginning Steve was excellent to deal with. We selected Steve as our agent for his communication, market knowledge and professionalism. He was always contactable, provided realistic expectations and managed the whole process efficiently.
