Steven is an amazing estate agent. He has a great understanding of the market and his ability to communicate and work with you to get an outstanding result ! Communication of the sale of property the entire way back n forth negotiations acheived in one day, property was on the market for less than a month, alot of people through 10+ applicants on 1st open and sold after 1st inspection with more than half of them making offers that day !
