We had the pleasure of having Steven come out to our home by chance prior to even thinking about selling. For reasons outside both of our control, this meeting didn’t eventuate however we realised then that if we were to sell, Steven would be our agent. When we started looking for somewhere else to buy and a listing in Pitt Town popped up with Steven’s name on it, we couldn’t have been happier and bought it the same week. While speaking with a lot of agents in the area, they were beyond lovely to deal with whilst I was a potential vendor however as soon as we attended an open home as a buyer, they were different people. As someone who will again be the vendor in future, I want to know that my buyers (and tenants) will receive the same level of respect and honestly as I do, and that is worth more to us then fancy open homes or pretty signs.
