Having dealt with Steven from both sides now (vendor and now buyer), it’s so nice to see an agent with the same respect and honesty for every party involved, all round, even when dealing with the tenant in the home. While speaking with a lot of agents in the area, they were beyond lovely to deal with whilst I was a potential vendor however as soon as we attended an open home as a buyer, they were different people. As someone who will again be the vendor in future, I want to know that my buyers (and tenants) will receive the same level of respect and honestly as I do, and that is worth more to us then fancy open homes or pretty signs.
