Steven is very knowledgeable about the market trends and has a wealth of knowledge when it came to marketing our property to the 'right buyer'. I had been unsure about selling over the past year and each time I'd call him for advice he would give me the time of day to discuss what things I'd need to consider if I chose that particular moment to go ahead.
