Well I met Steven almost a year ago when I had a house valued, and also looking around myself for property whilst waiting for a settlement. I was looking with other real estates as well, but it was weird how Steven sent a picture of a duplex I might be interested in, I looked at it before the sign went up, and it seemed perfect for what I was wanting, I won the bid with another couple which I didn't think I got until the next day and my settlement money came just in time to make the cooling off period. The planets lined up, and it was just meant to be, it's just weird how it came around in a full circle almost a year later of waiting for the perfect property since Samuel Street, and it's very weird how Steven Garay was the real estate agent. He wanted to see me in my perfect home, after missing so many opportunities due to not having my finances sorted, but here I am, age 50, a single mum with two kids and a duplex in a perfect location I can finally call home....all I want now is my keys to my new home with a teddy bear holding them and a bottle of bubbles in front of the Star Partners Sold sign to make it perfect...and post it all over Facebook.

She answered all our questions and if she did not have the answers at hand, went out of her way to get them quickly. Gaby was most impressive as a businesswoman and a delightful person. Always kept us up to date with what was occurring,had a great understanding of the current market ,although he didnt think he would get the price I wanted which was the highest for St Windsor in 2019 Calendar year.

We picked Steven because since living in mcgraths hill, he was the only agent that puts the hard yards in door knocking and who could forget, the calenders.He actually came to our door the day we moved in to congratulate us and introduce himself. Even in 40 degrees he is out walking getting pamphlets out and telling people about up and coming opens and future sales. Vast knowledge and experience especially regarding the area. Very honest and open in regards to your property with valuation and expectation on sale price. Great result in a moderately slow market. Couldn't be happier.
