I was a buyer of the property that Steven was selling and he was the agent of the vendor's side (not me), but I was very impressed how he appreciates both vendors and buyers (like me) as he shares his balanced view and tries to work hard to resolve any issues. During the settlement time, there was a minor issues raised but Steven worked for both of vendor and buyer to resolve this matter. He is a great agent and really happy to work with him.
