Steven is a professional and genuine agent, he goes above and beyond to help his client. He has been a tremendous help with my recent purchase, he response promptly to messages (including working over weekends) and answer all my questions. I am very grateful for his enthusiastic, patient and always eager to help attitude. I will highly recommend Steven to anyone looking to buy or sell their property.

Our property was only on the market for 8 days ... Steven’s knowledge of the area and what client’s were looking for was second to none ... he nailed it ... not only that he was super easy to get along with, he listened to what we wanted then gave his recommendations which paid off ... extremely happy with Steven’s professionalism and knowledge.

Steven was knowledgeable and attentive, his consistent communication made us feel at ease throughout the selling process. My husband and I have dealt with many agents in the past but none have provided us with the service like Steven, he is very transparent and is very committed in all that he does. I could not recommend Steven enough!

Steven helped us sell our Guildford property. He is very professional and had extensive knowledge and network around the area. In addition, he was transparent, easy to deal with and always picked up our calls. I would highly recommend him!

Steven was always cheerful and helpful with getting the information we requested in a timely manner and is punctual to inspections/meetings with us.

From the first point of contact we knew Steven was the best agent in the area to sell our property. He responded to our inquiry within minutes and always gave us the time and attention we needed. He was very responsive, friendly, helpful and made the whole process stress-free. He was great with our tenants and is natural when it comes to building rapport and trust with people. We would highly recommend.

Steven is above all professional especially for someone so young, and will continue to progress.

He was trustworthy and very professional at his work.

We had the best experience with Steven. Kept us up to date from start yo finish on whats happening. Highly recommend Steven.
