Steven Khawam done a great job selling our house in 2 weeks OFF MARKET! We decided to have Steven not go to the public market and only sell our house with his buyer contacts. He has taken through heaps of buyers and secured a buyer that paid a price we are very happy with.
Steven was an absolute delight to deal with. From the moment we met I found him honest, professional, personable and knowledgeable. Steven was always open with me and kept me abreast of the entire process. He provided exceptional service and promptly responded to all my requests! Thank you Steven for being on the journey with me and making this a good and memorable experience for me. I really appreciate your support, how reliable, down to earth and genuine are. I highly recommend Steven
Steven Khawam has helped my find the property I am after, he is very kind, understanding and professional.
I found Steven to be a honest, caring and a genuine person. He has been in contact with me on a regular basis with the sale of my unit and kept me well informed. When I bought this unit from him to the time I had to sell it, I knew that there will be no other agent but Steven Khawam to look after the sale of my unit. I would highly recommend Steven to anyone who is looking to sell or buy property.
Steven was professional, punctual and helpful from start to finish. He really knows his stuff, properties, pricing and everything happening in the local area. He answered every question we had no matter how big or small, nothing was too much trouble. He has a great sense of humour. Always contactable and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Steven and his team were wonderful and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great agent you can trust. Thanks again Steven.
I’d like to say thank you to Steve Khawam for the wonderful job he did on selling my Fathers Place in Guilford. It started of rocky because of COVID-19 and the delay of the probate of the estate but Steve in the end only had 3 weeks to do everything before Auctions. The old saying: He came, He seen and then conquered it. Thanks Steve for a great job well done. Kind Regards, Kevin
Steven is a great agent he kept all of us informed every step of the way. he gave us great advice during the whole time. our ending was a great result.
I was a buyer of the property that Steven was selling and he was the agent of the vendor's side (not me), but I was very impressed how he appreciates both vendors and buyers (like me) as he shares his balanced view and tries to work hard to resolve any issues. During the settlement time, there was a minor issues raised but Steven worked for both of vendor and buyer to resolve this matter. He is a great agent and really happy to work with him. Definitely recommend him in Guildford region.
I definitely wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Steven to any of my friends who are thinking of selling or buying a house Steven was very professional with he’s work & helped guide us thru the selling of our Dads home.
Steven was very helpful and a very good agent would highly recommend him for anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
Steven is a great property salesman who has now sold 2 of my properties and over achieved on my expectations. I have already referred him privately to another seller and will be more then happy to refer him again
Steven makes the buying process easy. From the moment I realised this was the right place for me to buy, he has provided a full service going out of his way to be accommodating and making everything smooth sailing. Steven has continued to provide valuable help and assistance through out the entire process, even going so far as to provide recommendations for renovations and improvements so the place is ready to lease straight away. Would highly recommend and would buy through him again.
