Steven approached me in November 2014 shortly after I had emailed the manager of Barry Plant in Point Cook to enquire about the process of selling my place. I really appreciated his persistence in following how I was going with the sale of my property at Whiteley Ave and purchase of a new place in Newport. The first time I met him, I was really impressed by how enthusiastic and positive he was about the prospect of selling my place and how much I could expect to sell it. I found him honest, smart, patient and friendly. He clearly explained the process and costs associated with the sale of my place. The process of finding a place in Newport took me several months and during this period, Steven even gave me advice on three properties which I was looking to buy in Newport. It was really kind and generous of him to spend time contacting people to enquire about the places I hoped to buy. Finally, I bought the place in early June 2015 and my property at Whiteley ave was officially advertised on the web.
