Once I made the decision to sell he was the first person on my mind to be the one to do it. I asked Steven for a quick but good sale as I am relocating to NZ, in which he sold my house within 5 days. He even helped pack up a van to move out some boxes before one of our open homes. Great agent, but more importantly a great guy and thats what I was looking for in an agent. Steven went above and beyond for us & made us feel very comfortable. He organised a private inspection for us before the scheduled inspection date to help us having less competition.
