Steven has been very helpful every step of the way. He was responsive to every query we had and went out of his way to provide us with the maximum convenience (e.g. delivering the final contract for signing and helping arrange the paint works etc.) and a peace of mind. He was a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately we were not 100% satisfied with the final sale price, largely due to the current market condition. It would have been better if we were better warned & informed about the proper price range at the start to avoid disappointment.
