Granted I haven't met much agents, but Steven always goes above and beyond to assist our needs and keeps us in the loop of market conditions every week after open house inspections. Very responsible and impressed with his work with selling our house.

Steven initially suggested a price range that was on the higher end of what we thought we could hope for. It was clear to us that Steven was confident about this price range because of his strong knowledge of the local market. Before the property got listed online, he provided us with guidance for getting the house ‘market’ ready. Once the property was on the market he always reported back immediately after the OFIs with feedback from the prospective buyers. He also gave us regular reports with stats from the online advertising. Despite some challenges from buyers Steven kept his cool and kept us feeling confident about the sales process. In the end he was even able to get us above the asking range! All in all we are very pleased with having chosen Steven as our agent and we’d highly recommend him to other sellers.
We originally contacted Barry Plant as i knew an agent personally, he was moving to a different shop so introduced Steve to us. Since the first meet my wife & I liked Steve, we both deal with difficult people in our work so are able to gauge people well and felt Steve was an honest man. During our sale Steve was constantly communicating about the sale and interested parties. He gave us great advice of different marketing strategies which we were initially unsure of but agreed, this was obviously the right strategies as it not only got more interest in the property but got a buyer. Throughout the sale Steve was honest with us, he is tenacious and very knowledgeable of the industry. Above all he was friendly and very likeable. I hope i dont need an agent to sell again but if i do, i would certainly use Steve again, but if not in Steves area, will use a Barry Plant agent due to how Steve operates.
