He was able to find a buyer off market due to the buyer missing out on another property and the price he said he could achieve was enough to sway to sell it. There was no false promises or anything. so we were able to sign a contract off market, which was great as i saved on marketing. on top of this, he assisted in finding the tenant a new property to move into, allowing an earlier settlement than contracted, which suited the buyer and myself. it was quite an easy process with no pushiness. One cannot fault their professionalism; excellent listening skills were very good and managed the marketing of the property accordingly to the wishes of the seller. They were not pushy and patronizing as ay agents are. I liked the pragmatism.

I am not with Steve service. We met him on home open day then put our offer for this house. After our offer was accepted, we asked some information about inspection, settlement... but he did not reply. That is a very bad working attitude.
