The commission was clearly explained to me and implemented exactly. We agreed on a timeline and advertising strategy and the sale was made within these parameters and with minimal disruption. They were able to arrange photography at the unit along with some minor painting extremely quickly and for a reasonable price, allowing us to have the first and only open house within 10 days of our initial discussion.
