Was very open and forthright about the property, house and what the seller was looking for and that there had been offers made. Was lucky enough for Steven to live in the area this house was selling and gave me some insight into the market and the growth it had experienced. Did an extensive check and everything mentioned was absolutely spot on. Buying a property in a new country can be a stressful experience, however she walked me through the whole process, even recommended a great broker (who got me the loan secured as well). I recommend Steve as your selling agent. I was on the fence on selling my apartment. He was able to find a buyer off market due to the buyer missing out on another property and the price he said he could achieve was enough to sway to sell it.
