His depth of knowledge across all areas of realestate enabled a great outcome it what proved to be a challenging process (due to human factors) when working with an ‘live’ investment portfolio. Without his know how and direct involvement in helping to design and execute the sale, I would have suffered several months of delay in being able to efficiently market and promote the property.
