When it came to the final inspection for the buyers, she was stern yet polite when they wanted to measure up the house and show it off to others, which is not part of a final inspection. Just sold my house through Steve, it settled yesterday. Steve and his team were amazing. His local knowledge was excellent and he knew exactly the target market for my house (it was a heritage listed property). Sold within 5 days of listing! Their fee was higher than some of the others, but he promised he would get me a higher price to cover it - and he delivered WAY BEYOND my hopes and dreams. I ended up with a lot more money in my pocket than expected. Zero regrets, would happily use them again for my next property.
